1. To the 11th hee saith saving his foregoeing deposition hee cannot answere/
2. To the 12th hee saith hee being now of the company of the Owners Adventure
3. now greyhound now soe much seeing thence after hee lost their Company
4. at sea as aforesayd untill hee sawe therein the River of Thames cannot
5. answere anything to this interrogatorie/
6. To the 13th for the reasons aforesayd hee cannot abswere/
7. To the 14th hee saith hee hath knowne the interrogate damerallfor these
8. eight yeares last past, and knoweth that in that tyme hee hath gone seuverall
9. voyages to Greeneland and is accompted in this depenents judgement
10. an able sea man and experiences in the Greeneland fishing and soe
11. commonly Accompted/
12. To the 15th hee saith it concerneth him not to answere thereto for that hee
13. hath not deposed to the contents of the article Interrogate/
14. To the 16th hee saith hee experimentally knoweth that the Ice at
15. Greeneland will bee sometymes cloased and awhile after in some
16. measure open againe, and those that goe thither must watch such oportunities
17. of the opening thereof./
18. To the last hee saith that hee knoweth the ice in some places was (after
19. the tyme Interrate) better to passe through to harbour then t was then

31. of england, saith and deposeth in the name and as being
32. therein authorized by vertue of his oath.
33. That hee hath receive advise from his correspondents John James
34. fforno, Michael Charpentiez and John Reynault all Marchants and
35. citizens of Paris in ffrance, and order and authoritie (from them) to intimate
36. and declare to this Court for the very truth, (as hee doth hereby) that
37. ffrancis fforno alis van XX Obstal, and Lewes Reynault (otherwise called
38. Isaac Rutherson) both Marchants of the citie of Paris aforesaid, being
39. at present at Cadiz in Spaine, had by lettres dated at cadiz the fourth
40. of this instant (new stile) advised them the said John James fforno, Micheal
41. Charpentiez and John reynault, that they the said ffrancis fforno alis
42. vanobstal and lewes Reynault (alis Rutharson) that they the had at Cadiz
