25. To the first article of the sayd allegation hee saith that during all
26. the tyme arlate that in and from the moneth of december 1654 during all the
27. rest of the tyme arlate the arlate George witherley was commonly accompted
28. to bee the sole and lawfull Owner and Proprietor of the arlate shipp the Jonas
29. of Bristoll (whereof was then Master the arlate Richard Leech) and
30. of all her tackle apparrell and furniture And hee this deponent in the
31. being one of the shipps company ˹the voyage in question˺ well observed and sawe that the sayd
32. George Witherley did in the sayd moneth of december 1654 fitt and
