1. Moneth of ffebruary 1654 about the fowerteenth day thereof and saith
2. that when hee was shipped and during the whole voyage in question
3. arlate hugh Salisbury and Company were owners and Proprietors of
4. the sayd shipp the Christopher of Portsmouth and of her tackle apparell
5. and furniture and for such commonly accompted And further to this article

8. in the third article mentioned hee saith hee was not present at the makeing
9. thereof and therefore cannot depose thereto but saith hee well knoweth that

26. fifty fower whense the sayd shipp sayled to the Isle of Wight and
27. thense to Stoake Bay and thense to ffalmouth and thense to Saint Martins
28. Islands arlate where being arrived the sayd shipp was by the ffactors
29. or Agents of the sayd Trevill there laden, with salt and ... ordered
30. to transport the same to Mountsbay in Cornwall whether shee
31. brought the same And there the sayd Trevill himselfe came aboard
32. her and by his order or by the order of some of his factors or Agents
33. the sayd salt was carried from Mountsbay to Waterford in Ireland
34. and there safely delivered to the ffactors or Agents of the sayd Trevill
35. And further to these articles hee cannot depose/
36. To the 7th 8th and 9th articles of the sayd allegation hee saith that hee being
37. Boatswaine as aforesayd knoweth that after the delivery of the sayd salt at
38. Waterford the sayd shipp by order of the ffactor of Agent of the sayd
39. Trevill there sett sayle from thense to Burrowe in Wales by his order there
40. to éade Coales and there did accordingly lade Coales , and the same GUTTER
41. being laden the Supercargo aforesayd of the sayd Trevill for the voyage
42. in question did as hee remembreth then and there come on board the sayd shipp
