1. To the tenth interrogatory he answereth that he referreth
2. himselfe to his deposition made to the fifth and sixth
3. articles And further or otherwise he saith he cannot

5. To the eleaventh he answereth that the sayd shipp was
6. in comming from Bristoll to Gravesend nine dayes; That
7. ˹Abderdee˺ is much neerer unto ˹Bristoll˺ than unto London
8. by water, And he saith that for three houres time the
9. wind did on the next day that the sayd shipp arrivd at
10. Aberdee, blow fare for London, and that then
11. wind blew quite contrary And further he
12. knoweth not to answere.
13. To the twelth Interrogatory he answereth that the storme interrate
14. happened about 3 weekes before the shipps arrivall at
15. Aberdee, and that she was as leakie when she arrivd
16. at Abderdee as shewas at any time after the sayd storme,
