9. others who have occasion of business thereabouts, this hee deposeth of
10. his knowledge having used the trade of a waterman for these tenn or
11. eleven yeares last past And hee saith the places where the sayd
12. vessells use to ride and committ the annoyances aforesayd is within the
13. ebbing and flowing of the sea and within the Jurisdiction (as hee
