to severall Subjects of the said king of Portugall who upon
the receipt thereof were to have payd to this deponent as Master
of the said shipp the fraight due for the same, all which this
deponent well knoweth by reason and meanes of his said relation
to the said shipp, and observation of the said Lading designe and p[XXX]
and place to which the said shipps Lading went consigned, as
the greatest and most considerable part thereof, Onely this deponent
further saieth, That in Case any other person or persons had [?any]
part or interest in any of the said sugars Tobaccoes or Brazeele
wood, it was but in a very Litle and inconsiderable part thereof
and that such interest or part which did not belong to the Subjects
of the said king, did belong unto some Subject sof this Common=
=wealth of England, some whereof have in this Court, (as this
deponent beleeveth) made their Clayme demand or [?Arrest] for
the same since the said shipps arrivall in England. And further
to this Article he deposeth not./
