To the said Allegation hee saith and Deposeth that hee

this Deponent Residing at Port St Mary neere Cadiz

in Spaine from the begining of the yeere 1637

untill about ffebruary last past, and in that time

dealing in Virginia Leafe Tobaccoe, thereby well Knowes

that in the monethes of December January ffeb[ruary]

and former part of the moneth of March i657 and

The 16th of November 1659
Harris and Beomont against the Examined upon an Allegation given
Fortune and against Carlton :- in by Master Smith on behalfe of
