owners of the shipp the Redd Rose whereof the sayd
Lemmon was Master and her tackle apparrell
and furniture against Wygart Wigarts and
John drewes in particular and all others in
general which take upon them to justifie the
siezure and surpriz all of the sayd shipp the Redd
Rose and her ladeing Smith
