ship in a Considerable sume of money, to save
and keepe [?harineheshe] the said John Taylor from [GUTTER?]
fore [bond?], and having nowe seene the scedule
in this position mention, being the second sceedule [an?]
hee saith that the same was and is the originall
bond given by the said Marten to the said Taylor
and was [?] the said Martin really and truely signed
sealed and delivered on or about the day of the [GUTTER?]
thereof in the [?] of this Deponent and the foresaid
Thomas Harrison to Thomas Harrison, and the [?]
thereof were and are time.
Ad 8 dirit that the said Martin did not pay unto the
said Thomas Harrison the said sume of fifty pounds
or any part thereof which in the time [?summited] but the [GUTTER?]
his bond to be [forfuited?], and by reason thereof the
said Harrison caused the said Taylor to be [accesher?]
for the same, and recovered the said sume of him
and alsoe for his charges, as hee the said Harrison
hath confessed and affirmed to his Deponent and saith that
the said sume of fifty pounds was imployed in and fore
the said ships use to [wit?] in saving her which coales, and
[provisioming?] of his, which said ladnig was brought in
the said ship to his port, and there sold by the said
John Martin, which hee knoweth being carpenter of [GUTTER]
said ship the said voyage and here [hotpnig?] to deliver
her, and was imployed by by the said Martin to receive
part of the money for the sayd coales ./.
Ad 10 dirit that the said Martin, at or about the time of
the arrest lilatee did sail and declare that hee [GUTTER?]
their sixteenth part of the said ship.
Au 11 dirit that the said Martin hath required to pay
the sume aforesaid to the said Taylor./
Au 12 refert se ad registrum hhins Curia :/:.
Au 13 dirit that hee verily beleeveth that the said John
Taylor bisides the sume aforesaid [?] him to the said
Harrison, hath by reason of the premisses suffere
and damage to the sume or value of pound
sterling in this deponents judgement.
Ad [ust?] dirit [pdeposita?] p dum essevera ./:
Ad interrogatoria.
Adyu interr responded that hee cometh to testify he[GUTTER?]
at the request of the said John Taylor and saith that
hee hath noe share in this [?] of [?]
to recieve his charges in counting [?] about
in case the said Taylor [?] here in but doth not [?]
ought else and is noe wasy of kin to the said Taylor ./.
