As aforesaid The premises he deposeth being aboard the
Experience during all the sd time and seeing the same

AD 2nd deponint et dicit that at the time of the seizure and [GUTTER]
away of the Experience by the aforsd three Dutch ships the [GUTTER]
the Arunes of Zealand, of the Zealandia she had on board
all the aforsad 1200. Chests of white sugar 2500 rolles of tobaccos and
50 or 60 hides, and near twenty tuns of wood all for the X
of the sayd Bretton, Deltoe Middleton and Company. English
as aforsd who he sayth and despoiled and dispossessed of
same by the aforsayd Dutch Captains, And sayth these captains
was then well worth in this dept. estimation between forty
five thousand and fifty thousand pounds sterling

Ad 22. dicit that the shipe the Experience was and is a ship
the burdhen of foure hundred tons and upwards, and had [Gutter]
great guns in this when she was seized, and also had pints
of victuall and tackle and furniture for a voyage of twenty two
months and in this dept estimated the sd ship together
with the profions, tackle, furniture and all things belonging
to her were worth at the time of their seizure at least
five thousand and five hunred pounds sterling
atr nescrit d./

AD ULT deponit et dicit the producents Thomas Bretton
Simon Delboe Andrew Middletone and Company by [GUTTER]
of the seizure of Experience and of her tackle and apparel
furinture, provisions and lading by the forsayd these Dutch
captains and their Companies in their mannor as is prediposed
by him this deponit, had suffered loss and damage to the value of
fifty five thousand pounds sterling as near as this
deponent can estimate the same ./

Ad I Arlum dicta allogationis deponit et dicit that this [GUTTER]
very well knoweth the preducents Thomas Bretton, Simon Delboe
Andrew Middleton and Company, who he sayth have been now
rite and lawful owners and proprietors of the arlate ship the Experience
of her tackle apparrell and furniture during all the [GUTTER]
and time arlate, and so are or ought to be as this present and [GURRER]
such he sayeth they are commonly accounted and reputed [GUTTER]
premises he deposeth being second mate of the said ship for the
voyage in question, and seeing the aforesaid producents and several
on board her to give order for her launching out of the dock
and seeing them pay off severall bills for repaying her and
setting her forth to sea./

The 2nd deponit et dicit that during the time arlate the sayd Thomas Bretton
Simon Dolboe, Andrew Middleston and company caused to be
laden and put on board the said ship here in this port of
