Ad j:um [?Int] [?ut] [?peXXX] et rendet that hee is at present out of employment and was formerly
a Captaine in the Duke of Yorkes Army in fflanders, and was borne in the [?XXX]
monforta in the County of Clario in Ireland, and knoweth none of the parties
litigant saving Mr Carew whom hee hath knowne about seaven monethes last.

Ad 3 rendet that if the said ship and lading bee condemned for prize hee Expecteth a [?profet]

made away any of the said Shipps lading or any of her tackle or furniture

And the setters forth are as hee understandeth (the Kings and dukes dutyes first
taken out) to have two thirds, and as hee hath also heard a seaventh part
belongeth to Turner and Carew in case the shipp and lading prove prize

saith that if the shipp and lading be found a right prize hee

of Dantzicke and hee cometh at the request of Sir Anthony Massey and Mr ffrost
