Ad Interria [CENTRE HEADING]

Ad j:um [?XXX] [?XXXX] et rendit that hee is at present out of employment and was formerly
a Captaine in the Duke of Yorkes Army in fflanders, and was borne in the [?XXX]
monforta in the County of Clario in Ireland, and knoweth none of the parties
litigant saving Mr Carrew whom hee hath knowne about seaven monethes last.

Ad 2 refert se ad predeporta [?XXX] nescit.

Ad 3 rendit that if the said ship and lading bee condemned for prize hee Expecteth a [?XXX]
Share therein Alr nescit rendere

Ad 4 rendit that hee neither directly or indirectly for his part embeazled or
made away any of the said Shipps lading or any of her tackle or furniture
nor gave his consent to otheres of the Company soe to doe Et [?XXX] Saving hee
beleeveth that hee hath drunke about five gallons of the Godliffs wine.

Ad 5 rendit that the said Shipp Godliffe was taken on or about the third day of August last
and was first brought in to Studland bay about two dayes after seizure where
she staid about fowre or five days and was then carried into Sickles[?XXX]
River where she arrived about two days after and where she now is [?XXX]
Smith hee cannot be more positibe and perticular herein in regard his
bookes are aboard the ffrigott which should informe herein [?Alr] nescit rendere

Ad 6 rendit that upon the said seizure of the Godliffe her Master the arlate Sansier declared that
hee feared his goods would bee prize in regard that he knew not where to get
claimers as predeposeuit et alr salvis dictis predepositis nescit.
