[IS THERE NO GREETING?]

Since XXXX to yo:w of the 10:te instant I have received these papers from London to connveigh unto yo:w one is a coppy of yo:w amswer to my Aunt Dalysons Bill, for Y:w being an adventurer in that stock, we were forced to make yo:w a Defendant, by this yo:w will see the scope of X bill & what yo:w have answered, according to which yo:w are to answer the Questions y:e Commission:s putt unto yo:w but they may & will putt sev:ll others to yo:w which must be relating to the Differences & matter in Question, but yo:w are not to answere any questions concerning yo:r selfe, by which you doo or may accuse your Selfe or do yo:r Selfe any prejudice, yet I would not have yo:w too wary & scrupulous in anything not of moment as to yo:r selfe) least they take to advantadge of it, & so gaine a new Commission to delay two yeares more after these the Commissions to examine yo:w are, Will:m Jesson & Mathew Gray, named for my Aunt, & Gerard Aungier & Anth: Smith are Commissioners for y:e Defendants & fourteen daies notice must be given by the their Commission:s to my Aunt s Commission:s, of the day, time of the day, & place of examination X my Aunts Commission:s must acquaint yo:w w:th it though I suppose yo:w will have notice, & ??service from the other Commission:s for the ?most I must referr yo:w to my former letter & the pticulars therein which I desred yo:w to consider of , which may in pte putt yo:w in mind of the circumstances of that ?caise, The other paper is a copy of the order by which the Commission ?ffinds for yo:w examination by which one Jos. Hynmors is allso to examined, but where he is now, or how he will be examined I know not, lett them looke to y:t he was in England since this case began, & lately might have been examined whilst he was here if they had pleased as wee made it appeare to the Court & then they stood upon yo:w as a materiall Witness, I have no more to add but that all relations & friends are well except Aunt Dalyson at London & we hope she will amend, my Service speake to M:r Goodier & all relations & acquaintance I am
