//One parte of the said complts bill being to have from the defend:t the paym:t of the summe of five hundred pounds upon p:tence That John Pixley in the bill named deceased, late brother//

//of the complt XXXX did in the yeare of our Lord God one thousand six hundred fifty eight or one thousand six hundred fifty nyne consigne & send over from Turky into England//

//unto the defend:t severall goods & merchandizes to the value of fifteene hundred pounds, And did appoint the defend:t to make sale thereof, And to pay out of the money raised by sale of the sd//

//merchandize, unto Samuell Pixley in the bill named alsoe deceased, for the use of the complt Anne & her sister Winifridd, any of them five hundred pounds for their porcons, And//

//the complt by the sd bill sett forth That the said John Pixley on or about the seaventeenth day of September in the yeare of our Lord God one thousand six hundred fifty & one//
