To the 5th hee saith, That by rason of the said wilfulnes or
neglect and the soe veering of the said lightr and breaking the
hawsor and putting the said lighter with the wynes adrift, one of the said
pipes of wyne was staved and utterly lost whereby the said Travers was
and is in this deponents judgment and estimation really damnified to the valew
