IN THE NAME OF GOD AMEN I Gamaliel Nightingale being in perfect health both of boy and minde for which the Almighty bee praised doe make and ordaine this my last Will and Testament revoking all former Will smade by mee bequeathing my body to the Earth, and my Soule to the God that gave itt as concerneing my estate my debts being paid I give and bequeath as follows
ITEM I doe give and bequeath to my brother in Lawe M:r ffrancis Tod and to my sister Theodoria his wife two hundred pounds sterling money
ITEM I doe give and bequeath to my brother in Lawe M:r Edward Mitchell of Newport Pond in Essex twenty pounds besides the free enjoyment of those Lands and Tenem:ts hee hath purchased for mee att Newport Ponmd dureing his naturall life
