To the 4th hee saith that hee knoweth not what moneyes the said owners paid
for the building of tthe said shipp but saith that the said Adrian Yonker is owner
of one 4th part thereof, the said Michael [?Hause] of one 4th, Joachim [?Hoyse]
of one 8th part. Antonio de Labistraet of 1/8th part, William de Labistraet of one
sixteenth part Cornelius de Hertogh of one eighth part and the
said Michael Van Lubkin of one 16th part of the said ship the
Morning Starre. And otherwise saveing his foregoeing deposition hee
saith hee cannot depose.

To the 6th hee saith that the said ship did beginne her present voyage
from Hamborough from whence she sailed to Cadiz, from thence to Gali[?zea]
from thence to Saint Lucar, from thence to Venice from Venice to Cadiz
againe and soe from thence was comeing to Dunquirke at the tyme of
the seizure thereof And otherwise answereth negatively.

To the 7th hee saith that his precontest Michaell van Lubkin hath
bin Commander of the said Vessell by the space of theise five yeares or
thereabouts and was soe constituted by the said Owners thereof
after the death of Joachim Martens who was the next proceeding
Master to the said Van Lubkin with whom this deponent allsoe served on boord
the said shippe And further cannot depose.
