tyme signed three bills of lading all of one tenor for all the goods plate
and sylver laden aboard the Saint George as aforesayd the sayd chests or trunkes of

Saint George having the name of the sayd Captaine att the foot of them
respectively vicdelicet one of them the name Otto George and the other the name John Martindorp he this deponent well knowing their character and manner of
writing, And saith he is assured that the Bills of lading to the
allegation annexed one signed Otto the other John Martindorp. and now showne him are the very same Bills which he
saw in the possession of the producent a ship board as aforesayd, And further
referring himselfe to the Acts of this Court he cannot depose.
