Huggerley and company./

Thomas Lindsey of Wapping in the parish of whitechappel
and County of Middlesex Mariner aged thirty yeares and
upwards a wittnesse sworne and examined saith and deposeth
as following videlicet./

41. To the first article of the sayd allogation hee saith that the arlate hugg XXXX GUTTER
42. and Company Mariners of the Edward and John did enter into whole XXXX GUTTER
43. for their service aboard the sayd shipp the seconf of June 1656 and cXXX GUTTER
44. on board in service thereof untill the two and twetieth day of July 1656
45. during that tyme did doe ˹such˺ service therein as was fitt and usuall for
46. to doe for preservation of the sayd shipp and her ladeing on board her and
47. the sayd Tottie disyne them to doe this ˹hee deposeth being one of her company.˺ And further hee cannot to this arle depose GUTTER
