Gilbert and her Company and passengers lives and her ladeing And saith there
was a great quantity of fustick wood, and some sugars belonging to
other Merchants besides the sayd bellinger alsoe throwne over board for
the like reason but the quantitie or to whome by name they belonged hee
knoweth not And further hee cannot answere/:

Jacob Ceelay of Wapping in the parish of Stepney and County
of Middlesex Mariner aged fiftie six yeares or thereabouts
a wittnesse sworne and examined saith and deposeth
as followeth/

To the 1: 2: 3: 4th and 5th articles of the sayd allegation hee saith that
hee this deponent was one of the Company of the arlate shipp the
Gilbert the whole voyage in question and thereby knoweth that while
shee remayned at the Barbados the sayd voyage and after shee had
taken in her full ladeing there the sayd arlate Beniamin Bellinger
