8. who came in at Portsmouth) served in the sayd shipp from her departure
9. from Gravesend which was on or about the sixteenth of October last till
10. her seizure, which was on or about the thirteenth of March last,
11. which was five months saveing some few dayes, and the sayd
12. Cooper served about a fortnight lesse tyme then the other parties schedulate,
13. And further hee cannot depose saving his foregoeing deposition/
