  • Replace 'This is the footnote text' with the footnote you wish to add, using the format: first name, surname, title, (place of publication, date of publication), page or folio number
  • Save the page

Esquire Judges et cetera in the dyning chamber et cetera
and in the presence of Samuell howe notary
publique

Which day the said Smith presented
to the Court an order of the
Lords Comissioners of the great
Seale for the dissolution of the
Intimation by them formerly grannted in
this cause and to prove the inufficiencye
of the securitye in this Court entred on the
behalfe of the defendants, the said Smith
produced John Nicholls to whome the Judges
administred an oath to speake the truth at the time
of his examination
