parcells of the<br />
Tackle apparrell and furniture<br />
and some of her gunns omitted<br />
out of the said Inventory and undertooke<br />
to proove the samme, and thereupon the<br />
Judges did order that securitye be given by<br />
Suckleys Clients to make good to the said<br />
Stubbs his proportionable part of whatsoever<br />
other Tackle shall within a moneth be made appeare<br />
to belonge to the said shipp Then the said Suckley<br />
produced for sureties Richard Manly of the parish<br />
of Mary Bothaw London merchant, and Michael<br />
Wilkins of the parishe of Mary Abchurche<br />
Mercer whoe submittinge themselves et cetera obliged<br />
themselves et cetera for the said William Standen and<br />
William drackford in the sume of ffifty pounds<br />
of lawfull money of England to the said Ralphe<br />
Stubbs to returne the said 8th part of the said<br />
shippe into the River of Thames within Twelve<br />
monethes, and to submitt the same to the arrest<br />
of this Court or to pay the value of the same according<br />
to the said Apraisement incase the same shall in the meane<br />
time be cast away or miscarry, and alsoe to make good<br />
and pay unto the said Stubbs the one eigth part of<br />
whatsoever tackle or apparrell furniture or Gunns<br />
shalbe proved within a moneth to belonge unto the<br />
said shipp more then what is expressed in the said<br />
Inventory And unles et cetera
