one third parte or the true value thereof
for the use of him and the rest of the
marriners of the said shipp, for what oile was taken in the said voyadges by way of Reprizall and the
remainder this Rendent beleeveth
hee did dispose of as hee lawfully might
ut credit And further hee referreth him
selfe to the Lawe And otherwise for his
parte hee doeth not beleeve the said
position to bee true in any parte thereof
Saveing this Rendent beleeveth that hee
this Rendent hath not paid the said
Jefferson and Stubbs or either of them
himselfe neither is hee lyeable to doe
soe as by his Contract made with Bel
lamy under hand and seale ut credit
hee haveing paid and delivered into the
said Bellamy such parte and proportion of the whole
proceed for the Account of him and the
rest of the marriners according to this
Rendents Contract made with the said
Bellamy And otherwise for his parte hee
doeth not beleeve the said possition to bee
true in any parte thereof Saveing this
REndent beleeveth that the said Jefferson and
Stubbs have caused this Rendent to bee
arrested by vertue of a warrant out of
