and Company and sixteene pipes
more to Christopher Yonnge makeing
together the number of Two hundred
eighty three pipes of wine and in re=
gard the said Roger Kilvert delayeth to
pay the said freight and refuseth to
deliver the said bill of ladeing into him
Appearer And hee appearer declareth
that att present Two severall merchants
are ready to freight his said shippe
from hence to Norway and from thence
to Spaine and from thence for ffrance
and that for want of the said freight hee
Appearer shall bee forced to take upp
money upon Bottomry to defray his
charges and other necessaries
here and elsewhere Therefore soe it is
that hee the said Christian Peeterson
hath declared to protest even as hee doeth
protest by these presents against the said
Roger Kilvert and Alexander Barron
for want of payment of the freight nowe
due to the said shippmaster and for the
said Roger Kilverts not deliveryng unto
him of the said bill of ladeing and for
all costs losses imprionments dammadges
interests insurances and dangers of the sea
by reason hereof already suffered and sus
tained and them to bee suffered and
sustained for to recover all the same
of the said Alexander Barron and
whomesoever else it shall appertanie
or of theire goods in time and place
convenient Requirenig (sic) mee the said
Notary to intimate and
notifie the premisses unto the said Roger
