Transcription

To the 10th and 11th Interrogatopries hee saith that when the said ship soe departed from Dunquirke
upon her Outwards voyage shee there tooke in and carried from thence a cargazone
of Linnens, Bayes, Sayes, and other peece goods which were laden on board
her by and for the account of the said John Bollart and saith that when
the said ship came from Amsterdam as aforesaid shee had about fower or five
Thousand pipe staves on bord her which she brought with her from the Eastland
and which the said John Bollart bought together with the said ship and gave order to
this deponent to carry the same with the rest of the said ships lading from Dunquirke
to Mallaga which this deponent did accordingly And otherwise
hee answereth negatively.

To the 14th hee saith that the said ships present ladeing doeth consist
in a hundred and Tonne butts of Oyle, sixty butts of Wine three
hundred and fower frailes of Mallaga Raisins and 71 barrills of Raysins of the Sun
about twenty stone Jarres of Oyle, about Nine small barrills of wine
which said 71 barrills of Raisins of the Sun Jarres of Oyle and small barrills of
wine hee saith was and is for the accompt of severall merchants loveing in Dunquirke
whose particular names hee cannot well remember without his Booke or the bills of
Ladeing which he signed for the same which hee saith were and are taken from him
at the tyme of the seizure of the said shippe by the takers thereof And
otherwise hee answereth negatively.
