To the Crosse interrogatories./ [CENTRE HEADING]

To the first he saith that he this deponent was aboard the Salvador att the tyme
of the seizure interrate as a Passenger and first came aboard as a Passenger
in October last past in the bay of Cadize aforeszayd. And further he cannot depose.

To the second he saith that the Interrate ffrancis du Boyes hath his howse and dwelling
in the New street in Cadize. and further referring himselfe to his foregoeing
depositions he cannot depose.

To the fourth he saith that the sayd moneyes or sylver was laden aboard in the day
tyme, and receyved aboard by Pedro Huckfeild, or del Campo purser of the
Sampson, and Nicholas Van Aspre Purser of the Salvador. and other wise
saving his foregoeing depositions he cannot depose./

To the fifth he saith that the sayd Bills of lading were signed respectively as
aforesayd by Pedro del Campo, and Christian Cloppenbergh in the howse of
Nicholas Alleman a victualler in Cadize, and this deponent saw them signed as he
hath predeposed.
