The Clayme of Paulus Cobrisse merchant}
of Bridges for his moneyes in the shipp}
the Sampson whereof Otto George is}
Captaine taken by some of the Parliaments}
shipps. Budd Smith}

Examined upon an Allegation on the behalfe
of the sayd Paulus Cobrisse.

in Spaine an Inhabitant of Limma in the
West Indies merchant a witnes sworne
and examined aged forty yeares or
thereabouts deposeth and saith as followeth

To the second article of the sayd allegation This deponent saith that in the moneths
of September October November and December last past and before
and since the sayd Paulus Cobrisse was and att the present is the true
and lawfull Owner and Properietor of all and singular the plate sylver
and moneyes mentioned in the three bills of lading arlate that [?is ?to]
say of two barrs of fine sylver weighing two hundred thirty seaven markes
and five ounces of the first marke in the margent. and of two barrs
of sylver more weighing two hundred forty one markes and [?five]
