Transcription

in the presence of Samuell howe notary publique
Appeared the said Budd for the said Howell
Bloe and Company and made himself party for
them, and upon the allegation by Colequite given
produced for a wittnes Nicholas Barret whome the
Judges receaved and administred an oath unto him to
speake the truth at the time of his examination./

The Lord Protector et cetera against}
Paschoe Nelder and others}
Budd ffrancklin}

Which day the said Bud gave an
additional article
against the said Nelder and others and
repeated the Articles by him
formerlye given and remayninge
in the Registrye of this Court which
the Judges at his petition admitted
soe farr as the same is by lawe admissible
which beinge soe admitted and repeated and
the said ffrancklin not beleevinge the same to
be true The Judges at the petition of the said
Bud did decree for the answeres of the said
Nelder and others upon Thursday next if they be
in Towne or else upon the next day after Assension
day next./

et cetera exhibited the Compulsory against one
Robert deane a wittnes therein named
and the said deane not appearinge, the
Judges at the petition of the said Advocate

them contumacious, and in paine and decreed
them to be attached untill they shall appeare
accordinge to the effect in the said mandate

are necessarie wittnesses to prove the Contents
of the allegation by him in this cause given and
admitted
