Thursday the eighth day of May 1656
before the said Judge in his chamber
et cetera Appeared the said Suckley and alleadged
that 15 daies are fully expired since the
givinge the Sentence in this cause And the
Judge att his petition did decree the said Blake
to bee monished to appeare the third day after
if et ctera to shewe cause et cetera why the sentence
should not bee putt into execution and charges
of suite taxed./.

summe of one Thousand pounds of lawfull money of
England to the said John Berkenhaut henry Wood and
Company to answer the action by them commenced against
the said Basse and to pay what they shall bee
condemned in with expences of suite in case hee
shalbee overthrowne and to bring forth the said
Basse in Judgement whensoever his presence shalbee
thereunto lawfully required And unles et cetera Which
caution the Judge receaved and Mr Smith
then undertooke that the said [?Bosse] shall
personally appeare before the Judges of this Court
upon wednesday next./.
