answeares before this day and
the certificate is continued to
this day Which day the Judges
at the petition of the said Vlements
accusing the contumacy of the said
Vanderpost Tilley and Cordall in not
giving their answeares to the said Brunnings
Libell pronounced them contumacious and in paine et cetera
decreed them to bee attached provided the same bee not
retracted before the next Vourt day the said
Suckley dissenting et cetera
John Ascough against nine hogsheads}
of Tobaccoes and merchandizes}
brought to this porte of London}
in the shipp the Charles}
whereof Samuel Cooper is Master}
