IN THE NAME OF GOD AMEN

The five and twentieth day of July in the yeare of our Lord God (according to the Accompt of England) one thousand six hundred fiftie and three I Anne Delboe wife of Simon Delboe of London merchant being at present in health of bodie and of sound and perfect mynde and memorie, Thanks be to Almightie God, doe (by and with the Consent of the said Simon Delboe my husband witnessed by his setting his hand and seale hereunto) make and declare this my last Will and Testament in writing whereby (according to the Power to mee given and reserved by Contract or Agreement in writing made before Our marriage dated on or about the twelveth day of August last past Whereunto the said Simon Delboe I the said Anne Timothy Crusoe my Brother William Vanbrugh Peter Mathewes and Peter Mathewes Baldwin are parties, or by and other Contract or Agreement in writing I doe give bequeath and dispose of such Goods, monyes and Estate as by the said Contract or Agreement, or any other Contract or Agreement, are allowed to be by mee disposed of in manner and forme followinge: (that is to say) I give and bequeath to my Sister Elizabeth my Gold-Watch, which I had from my Mother:

ITEM to my sister Susan Van=brugh One Diamond-Ring set Rose-fashion: Item I give to my two Brothers, which are unmarried (viz) Giles Van-brugh and Peter van.brugh to each of them the summe of tenn poundes apeece:

ITEM T I give to the poore of the Dutch–Congregation in London the Summe of five Pounds The rest and residue of all such Goods, monyes jewells and other Estate whatsoever which are or may be at my disposall as aforesaid I wholie and intirely give leave bequeath and dispose thereof to my said deare and loving husband Simon Delboe Upon this Terme nevertheless and my express will and meaning is that in case the Child I nowe goe with shall be borne alive, and shall live to attaine the Age of one and twentie yeares or to be married with the Consent of my said husband, Then hee my said husband his Executor Administrator or assignes shall give and pay unto the said Child out of the said Remainder of the said Estate at my disposall as aforesaid the Summe of one thousand pounds of lawfull money of England to be payd at and upon the Attaynement of the said Child of the said age, or day of marriage (with consent as aforesaid) which xxxx xxxxx And the rest

of the said Estate at my disposall as aforesaid (over and besides the said one thousand pounds intended to the said Child) as likewise the said one thousand pounds in case the said Child shall not be borne alive, or being borne alive shall happen afterwards to dye before the said Age or marriage, with consent as aforesaidm shall wholly reamine come and be had kept and enjoyed to and by my said husband his Executors and assignes to his and their owne use and uses forever, And I nominate, make and appoint my said husband Simon Delboe to be Executor of this my last Will and testam:t:-

In witness whereof to this present writing conteyning my last Will and Testament I the said Anne Delboe have set my hand and seale, and likewise the said Simon Delboe my husband (as consenting thereto) hath set his hand and seale the Day and yeare first abovewritten:
