C10/155/38 f. 2

Abstract

C10/155/38 f. 2 is the answer, disclaimer, and demurrer of Samuel Heron, servant to Sir William Ryder, in response to to William Cutler's bill of complaint against Sir William Ryder, George Cock, Edward Backwell, and Samuel Heron(C10/155/38 f. 1). Sir William Ryder's much lengthier answer is contained in C10/155/38 f. 3. Presumably Backwell and Cock made their own answers, but no copy of these answers has been discovered.
