I WILLIAM PENINGTON (SIC) of London Merchant at present under some indisposition of body but of sound mind and memory doe make and ordaine this my last Will and Testament in manner and forme following

FFIRST I give and bequeath unto my sisters Abigail Corbet Bridget Moore and Judith ?Mollineny to each of them the Summe of one hundred Pounds Sterling To my Nephew William Penington I give the summe of Two hundred pounds To my Nephews John and Edward Penington and my Neice Mary Wharley I give the summe of one hundred pounds sterling a peice

ITEM I give and bequeath unto Elizabeth ??Wassy Spinster with whom I now dwell All my Plate household goods and Implements of householdstuffe Together with all my wearing apparell consisting in Linnen woollen or otherwise And I alsoe further give to her the summe of fifty pounds sterling

ITEM I give unto Rebecca Zachary Widow late wife of Thomas Zachary deceased and to Ann Butler Widow and to Mary Williamson Widow to each of them the sume of Tenn pounds

ITEM I give and bequeath unto ffrancis Smartfoot of London silver Wyer drawer the sume of One hundred pounds sterling

ITEM I give unto Arthur Robinson formerly my servant five hundred pieces of eight or foure thousand Ryalls plate old Spanish Coin To John Xxearky formerly my servant I give the Sumes of ffifty pounds sterling

All the rest residue and remainder of my Estate I give and bequeath unto my Nephew Daniel Wharley of George yard in or neare Lumbard Street in London Woolen Draper whome I make and ordaine sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament

In Testimony whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and Seale the fourth day of January Anno OneThousand Six hundred Eighty and Eight

ITEM my further mind is and I will and bequeath unto Nicholas Gould of Dorchester and unto Richard Onslow and John Gray Merch:ts to each of them the summe of Tenn pounds
