To the 10th hee answereth that hee doeth<br />
not beleeve the same to bee true in any parte

beleeveth that the said wines were as hee<br />
beleeveth worth and would have yeelded<br />
as much per pipe when hee delivered<br />
the same as they were or would have<br />
yeelded eight or Ten dayes before which<br />
was about Twenty pounds<br />
per pipe one with another and noe more<br />
as hee beleeveth And otherwise hee doeth<br />
not beleeve the said pretensed positions or<br />
either of them to bee true in any parte
To the 13th. hee answereth and beleeveth that<br />
the said wines were delivered in due time<br />
and assoone as this respondent could<br />
deliver the same for the reasons before<br />
expressed in this respondents Answers<br />
And otherwise for his parte hee doeth not<br />
beleeve the said positions to bee true in<br />
any parte/
