of a Libell given in on the behalfe of<br />
Clement Starre as followeth videlicet
To the first hee answereth That hee doeth<br />
not beleeve the same to bee true in any parte
To the second hee answereth That within<br />
the yeare 1649 and monthes therein halfe<br />
a Barrill of powder if it were good was<br />
sold att the Barbadoes as this rendent was<br />
informed and beleeveth for the quantity of<br />
200 ''lb'' weight of Sugar and noe more and<br />
Caske for 120 ''lb'' weight of Sugar per Tonne<br />
and noe more and these were then there the<br />
usuall prizes of these Commodities as this<br />
REndent beleeveth And otherwise hee doeth not<br />
beleeve the said pretensed position to bee true in<br />
any parte
To the third hee answereth that hee doeth not<br />
beleeve the same to bee true in any parte
To the fourth hee answereth That hee doeth<br />
not beleeve the same to bee true
To the 5th 6th 7th and 8th hee answereth That<br />
