then hee this respondent would leave<br />
the said goods schedulate as hee did his<br />
owne in the hands of some able mer<br />
chant att Naples to bee sould and dispo=<br />
sed of for the use and Account of the<br />
said Adys, And this respondent belee=<br />
veth that hee hath accordingly performed<br />
his foresaid promise and bill of ladeing<br />
soe signed by him as aforesaid for that<br />
after such time as hee this rendent<br />
arrived att Naples with his said shippe<br />
the ''Leopard'' there was noe opportunity<br />
or markett for the sale of the said goods<br />
schedulate (being herrings) nor of this<br />
respondents owne herrings att Naples<br />
dureing all the time that this respondent<br />
remained there with the said shippe the<br />
''Leopard'' And thereupon this respondent att<br />
his comeing away from Naples was<br />
inforced to leave and did leave aswell<br />
his owne herrings as the herrings or<br />
goods schedulate laden and put aboard<br />
the said shippe the ''Leopard'' for the account<br />
of the said Adys in the hands of William<br />
and Edward Micoe then Two able and<br />
sufficient merchants att Naples unto<br />
whome the rest of the said shipps la=<br />
denig (sic) was consigned who had order<br />
from this rendent to dispose of the<br />
goods schedulate for the Account of the<br />
said Adys And soe much this rendent />
