red out of the said shippe with Lighters<br />
sent by the owners of the said goods<br />
or theire Assignes to receive the same<br />
and noe parte of the same were or was<br />
detained by this respondent or any of<br />
the rest of the Company of the said<br />
shipp as hee beleeveth And otherwise<br />
hee doeth not beleeve the said pretensed<br />
postition to bee true in any parte/
To the sixth pretensed position hee answereth<br />
and beleeveth that att the time of the<br />
ladeing of the Butt of sugar arlate<br />
aboard the said shippe the ''Jonathan and''<br />
''Abigall'' the same was worth the summe<br />
of fifteene poundes and noe more as hee beleeveth<br />
And otherwise hee doeth not beleeve the<br />
said pretensed position to bee true in any<br />
parte thereof
To the 7th. pretensed position hee answereth and<br />
referreth himselfe to the records of<br />
this Court which hee beleeveth to bee true<br />
And otherwise hee doeth not beleeve the<br />
said pretnsed position to bee true in any parte
To the 8th. pretensed position hee answereth and<br />
beleeveth that it hath beene complained<br />
of to this Court on the behalfe of the<br />
said Austerly but not iustly as hee />
