To the 9th Interrogatorie hee saith that s … To the 9th Interrogatorie hee saith that since hee with the<br />
rest of the said Armenians were soe turned out of the<br />
said ship the ''Saint Martyn'' neither hee nor they ever sawe either<br />
the said Audric or ány of the Company belonging to the<br />
said ship. And hee knoweth because hee hath bin<br />
ever since in theire Companies And further hee answereth<br />
negatively saveing his foregoeing deposition to which hee<br />
referreth himselfe.
To the last Interrogatorie hee saith that the said producent hath<br />
bin at Leghorne since his said turneing ashore neare<br />
Trapany. And saith hee went thither in a Gally from<br />
Palermo together with this deponent and three more the rest of the<br />
said Armenians went in a vessell of Trapany to Ligorne<br />
where they all went together and from thense this deponent the producent<br />
and six more sailed to Marseillia and from thense they<br />
came to Callice by Land and from Callice they came to dover<br />
And further hee cannot depose.

aged 36 yeares or thereabouts sworne and<br />
Examined.
To the first and second articles of the said Allegation and to the schedule<br />
thereunto annexed hee saith and deposeth That hee this deponent<br />
well knoweth the producent Hojar Petro who within and<br />
for all the tyme arlate was and still is and ought to be<br />
the true and Lawfull Owner and Proprietor of all and singular<br />
the goods wares and Merchandizes mentioned and Expressed<br />
in the said schedule annexed and now shewed unto him<br />
And for such was and is comonly accompted reputed and<br />
taken All which said goods schedulated this deponent saith<br />
by the said producent about 6 moneths since were Laden<br />
and put abord the shippe the ''Saint Martin'' arlate<br />
at Smirna to bee transported therein from thense to Ligorne where<br />
the same were to have bin delivered for his owne proper<br />
