saith as followeth./
To the first article of the said allegation hee deposeth and<br />
saith that in or about the monethes of March Aprill and<br />
May last past the arlate John Kint did by the order and<br />
direction (as hee said himselfe) of John Baptista Youncker<br />
and others of Hamborough buy the arlate shipp the ''Kint'' of one La<br />
Gaurde and others, (whom this deponent did not well knowe) att<br />
Amsterdam, but this deponent did well know the said La<br />
Gaurde and saw him divers times aboard the said shipp about the tyme of the<br />
sale thereof, and did then understand by his precontest<br />
