Jaques Martyn of Hamburgh did take he sayd … Jaques Martyn of Hamburgh did take he sayd shipp the ''ffortune''<br />
to ffreight upon teh sayd River and att the sayd Port of Hamburgh<br />
to goe from thence to Nantes in ffrance there to take in a lading<br />
of wyne brandewyne Pruens and such other goods as the Assignee<br />
of the sayd Jaques Martin should please to lade aboard the same<br />
and to return with the same to the sayd Jaques Martin to Hamburgh.<br />
And he the sayd Jaques Martin did by his Contract and Agreement<br />
undertake that his Assignes should lade the sayd vessell the ''ffortune''<br />
within sixteene dayes after his arrivall att Nantes. And saith that<br />
the sayd Agreeement was drawne upp betweene the sayd Jaques<br />
Martin and this deponent in a writing of Charterparty att Hamburgh before teh sayd shipp departed from thence which sayd<br />
Charter party he saith was taken on board the sayd vessell and is<br />
since brought into the Registry of this Court. And the same Charte rparty<br />
so taken brought into and abidinge in the sayd Court was and is the<br />
originall Contract and Agreement
