To the fourth fifth and sixtha rticles of the sayd allegation This deponent<br />
saith That the foresayd shipp the ''Mary Ann'' was an able shipp<br />
and well provided of the burthen of 130 last with ten<br />
gunnes, and saith that comeing to Copenhagen with her sayd goods<br />
in August as aforesayd she continued there till September 1652<br />
and was then imbarged, under which imbargo she was deteyned by<br />
Order of the King of Denmarke till february 1652. in which<br />
moneth and yeare the sayd King of Denmarke of the sight of this deponent<br />
did by his officers forcibly seize the sayd shipp and the foresayd<br />
lading of goods Cloathes and other things and dispossest the sayd<br />
Bigsly and his Company thereof by meanes whereof the sayd<br />
shipp and goods became utterly lost to the sayd Owners who<br />
over and besides the foresayd loss (the value whereof he cannot<br />
estimate not knoweing as he saith the value of the sayd shipp<br />
and goods) have systeyned other great dammages in losse of<br />
the sayd shipps freight the sayd voyage and in losse of her ymployment<br />
as allso the sayd Master and mariners in their losse of tyme the<br />
balue whereof he cannot sett forth.
