merchant aged three and thirty yeares or<br />
thereabouts a witnes sworne and examined<br />
deposeth and saith as followeth vidlicet.
To the first Article of the sayd Allegation this deponent saith and deposeth<br />
that the arlate Michael Perry Severino a merchant of Saint Lucar in Spaine<br />
in or about the latter end of the month of September 1652 laded aboard the [?shipp]<br />
''Sampson'' arlate then rising att an anchor in the bay of Cadize two [?bags]<br />
of peeces of eight Peru moneyes conteyning six hundred three [?XXX]<br />
abd one peices of eight told or counted in the producents howse in Saint Lucar and [?later<br />
being aboard the ''Sampson'' and seening them laden aboard as aforesayd hee

aboard the shipp ''Salvador'' for the sayd Producents Accompt. And this deponent<br />
saith that he saw in the howse of the producent in Saint Lucar six serions of<br />
Sassa parilla which the sayd Michael Perry afterwards in Cadize told<br />
this deponent that he had laden for his owne Accompt aboard the sayd shipp<br />
