Louvaine in Brabant Merchant aged 24 yeares or<br />
thereabouts sworne and examined:-
To the first and second articles of the said Allegation hee saith and deposeth<br />
That for the space of ten yeares last past hee this deponent well knoweth the<br />
arlate James Piniquett, who is a ffleming borne, and hath for all the time predeposed<br />
lived and beene a Merchant at Antwerp, and is a Subject of and to the king of<br />
Spaine, and hath during the said time had his servants and Correspondents at Cadiz<br />
and other places in Spaine to receive his Merchandizes sent from Antwerp and fflanders<br />
and to remitt the proceeds thereof unto him, And for such the said Pincquett was<br />
and is commonly accompted and reputed. And otherwise cannot depose:/
To the third and fourth articles hee saith, That within the time arlate videlicet in the monethes<br />
of December January and ffebruary last past or some of them Pieter Jansen de Yonge<br />
