To the sayd allegation and severall articles therein This deponents aith that he was<br />
att Cadiz in the moneth of July 1652 and then and there being upon the<br />
stran[?d] saw a young man belonging to Seignour fferdinando Nunez a<br />
neighbour of this deponent in Sevilia putt into a boat the three serons of<br />
fine grayne now claymed marked as in the margent, which sayd young

man a Spaniard then told this deponent that he was foeing to lade the<br />
same by order of the sayd Nunez aboard the shipp the ''Salvador'/ Christian<br />
Cloppenbergh Master then lyeing in the bay of Cadiz and for the risgo<br />

fame and report an Inhabitant of Antwerpe and a subiect of the<br />
King of Spaine and saith that he saw the sayd young man goe off in<br />
that sayd boat with the sayd graine towards the sayd shipp whither<br />
he arribed safely therewith and having laden the same upon his<br />
returne did declare to this deponent that he had laden the sayd
