Transcription her lading of Rosin, and waxe and other goher lading of Rosin, and waxe and other goods, and<br /> alsoe a hoye called the ''hope'' loaden with C[?XXXX], and<br /> a vessell called the ''fflower pott'' loaden with pewter<br /> and nayles, And that all the said shipps or vessells<br /> soe taken and surprized by the shipp the ''Constant''<br /> were carryed into Portsmouth and there delivered into the<br /> custody of the sayd Captaine Philipps, The premisses he<br /> knoweth being present at Portsmouth when the said<br /> Captaine Philipps disposed of the said shipps and<br /> their respective ladings, and alsoe he the deponent heard<br /> the Governor of Portsmouth say that Captaine Philipps<br /> had told him that the said shipps and goods brought<br /> into Portsmouth were all his.
