Transcription that the sayd Hudson hyred of him, and thithat the sayd Hudson hyred of him, and this deponent knoweth the same was<br /> not imployed by the arlate Boulton and beleeveth that neither the sayd Bolton nor the arlate Mills<br /> at any tyme had or have any interest in the sayd Close lyter And<br /> further hee cannot depose/ To the 8th article hee saith that the litermen of the sayd open lyter after<br /> their departure therefrom, which was betweene three and fower a clock in the<br /> afternoone of the day aforesayd when this deponent came to be laded at the sayd shipp<br /> ''Smirna ffactor'', did not returne againe to the sayd lyter while this deponent<br /> stayed by the sayd shipps side takeing in his ladeing nor at the tyme this deponent<br /> departed therewith which was about sixe or seaven a clock in the evening of<br /> the sayd day And further saving his foregoeing deposition to which hee<br /> referreth hee cannot depose./ To the 9th hee cannot depose To the 10th saving his foregoeing deposition hee cannot depose./ To the 11th hee saith that in case the plugg of the lyter arlate hath bin struck<br /> or scooped out by the Lightermen thereof shee would have sunke and<br /> bin covered with water within an howers tyme after which this deponent<br /> knoweth shee was not, for that hee sawe her and her goods in her, lying safe<br /> and undamnified at such tyme as hee this deponent went away with<br /> his sayd close lyeter and her ladeing, And further hee cannot depose/ To the last hee saith his foregoeing deposition is true./ To the Interrogatories./ [CENTRE HEADING] To the 1 Interrogatorie hee saith hee well knoweth the Interrogated henry Bolton and John<br /> Mills and hath knowne them by the space of a yeare and a halfe last passt and saith<br /> the sayd Bolton doth somtymes deale for the sayd Mills in letting out of his<br /> lyters and if the sayd Mills like of the bargaines hee the sayd Bolton makes hee doth<br /> imploye his lyters accordingly, and if hee like not the bargaine<br /> hee doth refuse to stand thereto, this he the better knoweth for that hee did<br /> about halfe or three quarters of a yeare since worke lyters for the sayd<br /> John Mills And further hee cannot answere/ To the 2 Interrogatorie hee saith hee was not privie to or hath heard what bargaines<br /> passed betwixt the Interrogated Bolton and Hudson nor knoweth ought<br /> of the rest of the Interrogatorie, saving hee saith it is not of necessity that fine goods<br /> must bee first loaded away though they doe lye mixed amongst coarse<br /> for that the fine are easily romaged and stowed betweene decks, if a shipps<br /> company be in hand with ladeing of course goods soe that<br /> they may if they please in such case make an end of a ladeing of course<br /> goods when they are in hand with it./ To goods when they are in hand with it./ To  +
