That the said shipp the ''Goulden Hart'' b … That the said shipp the ''Goulden Hart'' burthen of 300 tonnes or thereabouts (whereof<br />
George Jansen was and is Master by the order and Appointment<br />
of the said deponent) was and is a shipp belonging to this Port<br />
of London in England, and that they deponents were and are and<br />
ought to be the same Lawfull and sole owners and Proprietors<br />
of this said shipp the ''Goulden Hart'', and of her tackle Apparrell,<br />
furniture and Appurtenancies whatsoever, and for and as such<br />
they the said deponents were and are generally knowne and reputed<br />
in this Port and City (that is to say the said Arnold Beake and<br />
Elias Beake<br />
for two fifth parts The said Christean Paul Santen, John dolins<br />
and Michael de Haze, each of them for one fifth part of the<br />
said shipp, and of her tackle Apparrell, and furniture, And<br />
the said deponents further depose and affirme each for other<br />
that they and every of them were and are Citizens and Merchants<br />
inhabitant in London and dover aforesaid and were and are<br />
subjects of this Commonwealth, and for and as such were and are<br />
Generally knowne, The said deponents further declaring and<br />
affirming by vertue of their Respective Oaths, That they have<br />
sent forth and imployed the said shipp upon their proper account<br />
and Adventure in this quality aforesaid upon Severall Voyages<br />
from this Port of London to severall Ports and Places transmarine<br />
and more particularly That about the sixth day of March last past<br />
the said Proprietors did fitt furnish and set to sea, the<br />
said shipp from this said Port of London with order to proceede from<br />
to Rochell in France, and there to take in a lading of Salt, for the<br />
Account of the said Proprietors in case thee could not there meete<br />
with and obtaine a good and Convenient fraight to and for thee<br />
Joint benefitt and Advantage of the said Owners:
