the same was unladen at severall tymes And further hee<br />
cannot answere./
To the 3 Interrogatorie hee saith that the Iron was laden aboard the shipp<br />
Interrogate about fower yeares since the moneth or day of the weeke hee<br />
remembreth not nor the yeare more certaynly being soe long since and<br />
saith the same was laden at Bilboa at the usuall place for ladeing<br />
of Iron there called Saint Mamez, and that the seizure at Portugalot<br />
happened about a weeke after the sayd shipp fell downe from Saint<br />
Mamez And further hee cannot answere/
To the 4th Interrogatorie hee saith that it being long since hee remembreth<br />
not the tyme when the Sentence Interrogate was given And further<br />
canot answere/
To the 5th Interrogatorie hee saith there was an Appeale from the Sentence<br />
of Confiscation given by the Alca{X]de of Portugalot, to the Co[un]cillaria<br />
of Valiadolid, from whence it was appealed to the Councell of<br />
Madrid where upon hearing the businesse as touching the sayd<br />
shipp tackle and furniture the three quarter parts of the sayd shipp<br />
tackle and furniture were adiudged to belong and to bee returned<br />
to the sayd Pitt Marshall and Company and the money deposited<br />
by May[XX] the Master of her as Owner of the other quarter part<br />
of her was condemned as confiscate but as to the tyme when<br />
those things were thus done, it being long since hee cannot now<br />
certaynly declare the same then in his fore goeing deposition<br />
hee hath expressed./
To the 6th hee saith hee cannot more particulerly answere than<br />
in his foregeoing deposition is expressed it being long since/
To the 7th hee saith the sayd shipp after the tyme shee was cleered<br />
and Caution put in for her was not fitt to carry Iron or any other<br />
goods till shee was supplyed with such tackleing victualling<br />
and other necessaryes as shee had lost during the tyme of her<br />
seizure And further hee cannot answere/
To the 8th hee saith that the seizure in the sayd articles mentioned<br />
is the sizure made at Portugalot of the shipp and Iron aforesayd<br />
by the Alcade upon his search and findeing of the money<br />
aforesayd And further hee cannot answere/
To the 9th hee saith it being long since hee doth not remember<br />
how much tyme intervened betweene the seizure and<br />
cleereing the sayd shipp upon Caution, more particulely then<br />
before hee hath deposed, and therefore cannot further answere [?to]<br />
this Interrogatorie/
To the 10th hee saith that the particulers of the victualls and [?XXX]<br />
or of whome bought hee remembreth not, but saith they were p[?XXX]<br />
