further to this article hee deposeth not/
To the 11th article of the said Allegation hee saieth, That it is [?XXX]<br />
and certaine, that the said shipp the ''Nostra Seignora'' had [?XXX]<br />
remaining Lading not plundred and taken out of her by the<br />
dutch seizors as aforesaid, was and is since by some of the<br />
said seizors brought into dartmouth, where the same have beene<br />
arrested by a warrant issued out of this Court as prop[erly]<br />
belonging to the said Brazeele Companie and others the<br />
Subjects of the said king of Portugall, and have beene s[ince]<br />
